The cuisine of our restaurant reflects the authenticity of the Euganean territory. You will enjoy tasty and healthy meals made with fresh products and carefully selected ingredients. Service is accurate and meticulous and our staff are always available to give advice on our main dishes and many off-menu proposals. Healthiness is a must in our menu and we also offer preparations free of dairy products or gluten.
Seasonal products and vegetables are carefully selected by the Cristofanon family in their recipes to bring to the table traditional or chef-created mouth-watering delicacies, such as standard appetizers, appetizers of the day, homemade pasta combined with seasonal sauces, tasty meat-based second courses and Vicenza-style cod (Baccalà alla vicentina). Special attention is also paid to our homemade cakes and other desserts.

At the Montegrande winery, you will find the manor house of the Cristofanon family. Luigi, Silvano, Antonio, Claudio, Natalino, Tersilla and Orsolina, they have all inherited from their mother Santina her love for cooking and from their father Attilio a passion for agriculture. In particular, Antonio founded two restaurants (the Monticello Trattoria and the Bucaneve Country House Restaurant) and Luigi has continued to run the Montegrande Winery. That is why all the wines produced by the family winery can also be found in the wine list of Il Bucaneve.
